Jack Kloster

Jack Kloster is Yardbarker’s COO. Jack’s focus is on successfully executing the Company’s near term strategy while positioning Yardbarker’s people, products and processes for large-scale growth. Jack has also handled all traditional CFO responsibilities including finance, analytics and human resources for the business.

Before founding Yardbarker, Jack spent seven years in the field of corporate turnaround, guiding mid- to large-cap distressed companies’ return to profitability. During this time Jack developed expertise in customer/product profit optimization, corporate strategy, and change management in hyper-fluid environments.

Jack has an MBA from the Haas school of business UC Berkeley (focus on Entrepreneurship and Management of Technology), a BS from Rutgers College and received his CPA certification from the state of New York.
